"Mayonnaise was a hard to find delicacy in Mexico. The Mexican government ordered an entire shipload of mayonnaise from France. The ship encountered a fierce storm on the trip to Mexico and was lost. Mexico in mourning for the mayonnaise declared a National Holiday, 'Sink da Mayo' "
